Atsuko was born in Aichi prefecture in 1974. After graduating from the Faculty of Letters of the University of Tokyo, she worked for investment banks and a non-profit organization in Japan and overseas for about 20 years. Encountered coaching as part of management training while working for a US investment bank and had coaching and counseling client experience while working in London and Hong Kong, she truly realized the potential of "the power of dialogue with a professional listener" to deal with business issues and life issues regardless of nationality, position or environment. After gaining more than 500 hours of support experience as a coach and a counselor mainly for business professionals, she opened the Power of Dialogue Coaching and Counselling Services. Currently, she provides 1on1 coaching, team coaching, and coaching training to corporate executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and business professionals belonging to organizations in their age from 20s to 50s. As of the end of 2023, she has provided a total of more than 2500 hours of support.
