Contents: Coaching and counseling consultation, trial session including 30-40 minutes coaching
Time: 60 minutes
Format: Online (Zoom)
Price: 5,500 yen (tax included)
Real session
Contents: Based on the dialogue during the trial session, we will propose tailor-made programs according to the needs and situations of each client.

・ Career consultation: Finding your values / Clarification of future vision / Skill findings / Development of career plans / Job application
・ For entrepreneurs: Clarification of goals / Plan formulation / Action setting and assisting business develipment
・ For business owners: Freely set themes according to your needs
・ For those who need counseling: Counseling based on person centered approach/CBT
Time: Basically 60 minutes, may be extended as needed
Frequency: Once a month or twice a month depending on client needs and circumstances
Format: Online (Zoom)
Fee: 27,500 yen / time (tax included)
* Although we also provide one-off sessions, we recommend that you continue to use coaching for at least 3 months in order to realize the the effect of coaching.
